The essence of my work is balance. True health lies in cultivating harmony. The West often tries to turn the circle into a square, while the East seeks to make the circle equal to the square. For me, the circle is a circle and the square is a square—and at the same time, each can transform into the other. There is no absolute right or wrong, only countless possibilities that shift with every thought and action.
This is why I balance my physical practice with the act of writing. Mens sana in corpore sano—a daily bridge between body and mind, practice and reflection. Hypnosis follows the same principle. In the West, it is regarded as a modern therapeutic tool, while in the East it has long been recognized as an ancient meditative practice. In truth, it is both.
Hypnosis works directly with the subconscious, just as Ayurveda works with the subtle body (prana, manas, buddhi). Both systems aim to unlock your deeper potential for health and well-being.
